About

Our passion for baking & cooking started when I was eighteen working in the family business.
In 1988, my parents started a donut business, specializing in American donuts and using only the finest
ingredients.  My parents and all six siblings worked in the family business, even throughout college.

After graduating from El Camino College with a degree in business, I went to work for BAKEMARK
to further refine my baking knowledge.  Now I am given the opportunity to make our signature donuts,
“Light-Weight & Non-Greasy”.

Our key is to use quality ingredients from Bakemark. With over 90 years of service to the baking industry,

Through their exclusive brands, BakeMark delivers a complete line of fine bakery and food ingredients and supplies,
including mixes, bases, fillings, icings, glazes, frozen products, flour, sugar, shortening, and paper products.

Recently in August 2009, The local newspaper Daily Breeze has awarded us with a “South Bay’s Favorites” award as determined by the readers. We thank everyone who voted.
